Yoga has been a part of my life for the past 15 years. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
My desire is to share yoga with others in a non-judgemental environment to offer mindfulness to increase overall health and well-being in this rushed and chaotic world. To help inspire others and evolve in their yoga practice. To have my students step away from seeing yoga as another fitness class and start to recognize its benefits to enhance their everyday lives. Also to understand it’s okay to slow down and take time for themselves. Self-care is so important. I strongly believe the relationship you have with yourself is the most important one, as it is the foundation for all others in your life.
I have a passion for living well and living fully. I am a lifelong learner and becoming a yoga instructor has affirmed my love as a student. I learn every day from my students and my body.
