Jaskarn embarked on his yoga journey in 2016, but it was in 2018, after professional training at Delhi’s Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, that his passion truly ignited. Completing 290 hours of rigorous training, he began offering both one-on-one and group sessions.
Always eager to deepen his knowledge, Jaskarn immersed himself in vipassana meditation in 2019 and later pursued a 200-hour teacher training course at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Neyyar Dam, Kerala. He believes in the transformative power of yoga, insisting it’s a gift for everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.
Relocating to Canada after his extensive training in India, Jaskarn acquired a 450-hour equivalent certification from the Canadian Yoga Alliance. Prioritizing safety, he also underwent a Standard First Aid course with CPRC-AED at St. John Ambulance in Surrey.
As a Hatha Yoga Practitioner, Jaskarn emphasizes the activation of Chakras to stimulate Kundalini, promoting overall well-being. He’s known for his infectious energy and positive outlook. His classes, while challenging, aim to refresh and invigorate. For Jaskarn, yoga is not just a physical exercise but a way to achieve balance in life’s highs and lows
