Jennifer is a Langley resident born and raised who values bringing yoga to her local community. She discovered yoga during her first pregnancy in 2010 and was amazed by the benefits she experienced in body, mind and connection to her baby. It was only after the profound grief of losing her mother in 2014 that she discovered the healing benefits of yoga as well. Yoga became a daily practice and eventually led Jennifer to becoming a 200hr registered Hatha yoga teacher in 2018 with additional 30hr certification in Restorative yoga. Jennifer strives to bring yoga to students in an accessible and inclusive manner while also honouring the roots of this ancient practice. Students can expect a slower paced Hatha class focused on alignment, with deep stretching, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
