Learn What Each Class Has To Offer!

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is traditional Yoga, classes are focused on correct alignment, posture and breath work. These classes will allow you to learn many poses and give you a wonderful foundation for life long practice. Each class is open to all levels of experience, from no experience to many years of experience. Yoga is an individual practice within a group setting at Infinity Yoga and Wellness. Teachers will give options for each pose to help you find the best position for your body. There is no need to get “in shape” before attending class. All bodies, all shapes, all genders welcome. This class offers the opportunity to make choices based on your body’s needs using movements rooted in the Hatha tradition. All are welcome in this class. 

Gentle Hatha

Suitable for all levels in this gentle hatha class we embody the notion that ‘less is more.’ By combining yoga shapes with the breath we will support and encourage self growth, self discovery, healing and mindfulness. Decrease stress, boost immunity, generate strength and increase flexibility as you move your body safely and with intention.

Mindful Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is traditional Yoga, classes are focused on correct alignment, posture and breath work. These classes will allow you to learn many poses and give you a wonderful foundation for life long practice. This mindful class with Jennifer will encourage you to love yourself, relax and will encourage moments of reflection. Each class is open to all levels of experience, from no experience to many years of experience. Yoga is an individual practice within a group setting at Infinity Yoga and Wellness. Teachers will give options for each pose to help you find the best position for your body. There is no need to get “in shape” before attending class. All bodies, all shapes, all genders welcome.

Vinyassa with Yin

An all in one class! Starting with vinyasa flow using our breath to build energy, then move to yin postures to lengthen & strengthen our connective tissues, fascia and ligaments then ending with a restorative pose or two to calm our body & minds, as we use the props to support us here.

Refresh and Recharge

Move slowly from pose to pose without pausing, progressing gradually to poses that you will hold for longer moments. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The teacher will help you with options for each pose to help you find the best position for your body. There is no need to get “in shape” before attending class. All bodies, all shapes, all genders welcome. Open to all students, including those who are pregnant or post partum.

Deep Restorative Stretch

A calm and deeply restorative practice based on kindness to our bodies. Pairing deep breathing with longer holds and total body stretches allows us to clear blockages, release tension, and open our hearts. All-levels and beginner-friendly.
